This role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines while providing overall management and technical direction for the Department of the Interior (DOI) Human Resources Management Division (HRMSD) full life cycle IT program, ensuring all work complies with DOI policies, ISO9001:2015 quality processes, CMMC Level 2 controls, and FISMA Moderate security requirements. This position is contingent upon award.
