Position Summary

Seeking a Senior IT Project Manager who thrives in complex, fast-paced environments and can lead high-impact, enterprise initiatives. In this role, you will drive projects that span multiple business units, influence executive stakeholders, and shape the future of project delivery within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead complex, cross-functional IT projects from initiation through delivery
  • Manage high-visibility initiatives including system implementations, integrations, infrastructure upgrades, and product launches
  • Own project planning, scope, timelines, financials, and deliverables
  • Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Partner with executives and stakeholders to ensure alignment and success
  • Facilitate project governance meetings and executive updates
  • Drive continuous improvement in project management practices
  • Mentor team members and promote best practices
  • Manage vendor relationships and support contract execution

Requirements

  • 10+ years of IT project management experience
  • PMP certification
  • Agile/Scrum certification
  • Proven experience leading complex, enterprise-level projects
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
  • Experience in healthcare or regulated environments
  • Leadership mindset with a servant leadership approach
  • Strong stakeholder management & communication skills
  • Expertise in risk management, budgeting, and project delivery
  • Ability to influence, negotiate, and resolve conflicts
  • Strong business and technical acumen
  • Comfortable working in a matrixed organization
