As a member of an agile development team, the Project Manager 3 will plan, track, and report on the progress of technology solutions of any size for Tulane University. The Project Manager 3 is reliable, is capable of collaborating with and organizing multiple teams, completes tasks on time, and shows a desire to learn. The Project Manager 3 guides the project delivery team(s) on using Agile/Scrum practices throughout the entire project lifecycle to ensure success as defined by adherence to standards of scope, budget, and timeline. The Project Manager 3 communicates proactively with all involved personnel, identifies problems, create solutions, and implements efficiency improvements. The Project Manager 3 facilitates discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution, and provides support to the team by assisting with internal and external communication. The Project Manger 3 anticipates future project needs by communicating directly with customers and staying informed of relevant trends and industry news. The Project Manager 3 leans on experience and skill to mentor others in project management and agile principles. They provide expertise as needed to support team efficiency and success.
