Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead and deliver enterprise-level IT initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing global projects across the full project lifecycle, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to operate independently from day one.

This role requires a hands-on project leader who can effectively manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and communications while collaborating with stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning

  • Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.

Project Execution

  • Lead project teams to ensure successful delivery of project objectives on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.

Risk Management

  • Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact.

Stakeholder Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, project sponsors, and cross-functional teams.

Communication

  • Provide regular updates on project status, risks, issues, and milestones to leadership and stakeholders.

Resource Management

  • Coordinate and manage project resources, including personnel, tools, and materials.

Quality Management

  • Ensure project deliverables meet established quality standards and governance requirements.

Change Management

  • Manage project scope, schedule, and budget changes through formal change control processes.

Project Closure

  • Ensure successful completion of project deliverables and facilitate project closeout activities.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree required

  • 5 10 years of Project Management experience

  • Experience managing at least 5 full project lifecycles

  • Experience working with multinational organizations (MNCs)

  • Global project experience across:

    • North America (NA)

    • Latin America (LATAM)

    • Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA)

  • Experience managing Finance Systems projects preferred

  • Financial systems background preferred:

    • Oracle EBS

    • SAP

  • Strong knowledge of:

    • Agile methodologies

    • Waterfall methodologies

  • Experience with Project Portfolio Management and Planning tools

  • Familiarity with Planview preferred

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent leadership and stakeholder management capabilities

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP Certification (nice to have, not required)

  • Experience presenting to and engaging with C-level executives
