POSITION SUMMARY:
The Senior Project Manager, IT is a strategic leader within the Program & Transaction Management Office (PMO), responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of complex, enterprise-wide technology initiatives that support BAYADA Home Health Care's mission and operational excellence. This role oversees large-scale healthcare IT programs, including Electronic Health Record (EHR) implementations, infrastructure modernization, cybersecurity, interoperability, and analytics solutions, ensuring they are executed on time, within scope, and on budget. The Senior Project Manager drives alignment between business goals, clinical workflows, and technical solutions while fostering strong collaboration across IT, clinical, operations, and finance teams. This position leads robust project governance, manages risk, and delivers executive-level reporting and performance metrics. The role champions continuous improvement of PMO processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance delivery quality and consistency across the organization.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Demonstrate and communicate the core values of BAYADA and The BAYADA Way.
Develop working knowledge of BAYADA's mission, services, people, organization, policies and procedures.
Strategic Project Leadership:
a. Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of enterprise IT initiatives.
b. Develop comprehensive project charters, business cases, scope documents, budgets, schedules, resource plans, and risk management strategies.
c. Define measurable success criteria, Key Performance Indicators, and post-deployment validation plans.
d. Manage project financials, including forecasting, budget tracking, and return on investment analysis.
Governance & Methodology:
a. Ensure adherence to PMO governance standards and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid).
b. Maintain structured documentation, reporting, and lifecycle management.
c. Provide accurate and timely status reporting to leadership and steering committees.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication:
a. Serve as liaison between business leaders, sponsoring practices, IT teams, and executive leadership.
b. Facilitate workshops, requirements gathering sessions, and steering committee meetings.
c. Translate complex technical concepts into clear business language for non-technical stakeholders.
d. Support stakeholders in developing business cases and project proposals.
Cross-Functional Team Leadership:
a. Lead cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, infrastructure engineers, vendors, and clinical informatics specialists.
b. Assign responsibilities, manage resource allocation, and remove delivery obstacles.
c. Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Vendor & Resource Management:
a. Support request for proposal processes and vendor selection.
b. Manage vendor performance, deliverables, budgets, service level agreements, and contractual compliance.
c. Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure successful execution.
Process Improvement & Optimization:
a. Identify opportunities to enhance project delivery standards and PMO tools.
b. Participate in enterprise process improvement initiatives.
c. Support the creation and continuous improvement of project documentation templates and workflows.
Demonstrate solid performance or exceed performance standards in key job dimensions/attributes as defined on the Performance Appraisal for Office Staff.

Compensation:
Base Salary: $110,000 - $120,000 / per year plus bonus opportunity depending on qualifications
