Lead high-visibility strategic initiatives that span multiple years, involve large cross-functional teams, and require regular collaboration with executive leadership. This role focuses on delivering complex enterprise projects by driving stakeholder alignment, vendor coordination, long-term planning, and successful project execution from initiation through closeout.
Lead strategic projects and programs with executive-level visibility and accountability
Manage stakeholder and vendor engagement, including monthly executive sponsor meetings and project health updates
Establish and monitor project controls for cost, schedule, quality, and change management
Develop project plans, staffing strategies, and lifecycle reporting from initiation through closeout
Coordinate day-to-day project activities, deliverables, and cross-functional team execution
Perform long-term release planning aligned with organizational priorities
Escalate project risks and issues to executive leadership when appropriate
Ensure projects follow established project management methodology and prioritization processes
5+ years of experience working effectively in team environments within matrix organizations
5+ years of experience resolving complex, high-priority conflicts and competing requirements
5+ years of experience applying Project Management principles, methodologies, and best practices
5+ years of experience with system development methodologies for building new systems and enhancing existing information systems
5+ years of experience communicating stakeholder needs clearly and effectively
5+ years of experience analyzing data, identifying problems, and developing actionable solutions
5+ years of experience communicating across teams, building consensus, facilitating working sessions, and negotiating outcomes
5+ years of experience managing stakeholder relationships, maintaining positive interactions, and resolving issues
Previous experience working in a government or public sector environment
Experience in multiple relevant roles such as Project Manager, Program Manager, Project Coordinator, or similar project leadership positions
