Job Description
Requirements
- 5 or years of experience in IT project management directing large-scale, complex software implementations.
- Proficiency in managing enterprise-scale Salesforce platform implementations and custom CRM deployments.
- Experience with project management software suites including Microsoft Project Online, Planner, SharePoint, and Power BI.
- Experience in applying Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies across full software development lifecycles.
- Experience with managing third-party software delivery vendors, contract milestones, and invoice budget reconciliation.
- Experience in formulating user acceptance test plans and guiding business stakeholders through testing validation cycles.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to align executive stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle delivery and digital modernization of unified enterprise Salesforce platforms.
- Develop and maintain detailed project work breakdown structures, schedules, and dependency diagrams.
- Track project execution, resource allocation, and milestone progress utilizing enterprise PMO reporting tools.
- Manage enterprise risk registers, issue logs, and escalation pathways to safeguard project success.
- Oversee external vendor performance, manage contract deliverables, and track multi-workstream project budgets.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing strategies and validate delivered system functionality against business requirements.
- Coordinate cross-agency communication, conduct executive briefings, and distribute comprehensive project status reports.
