E-Logic Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior IT Recruiter to support Milwaukee Transport Services (MTS). This position will lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for highly specialized Information Technology professionals, focusing on difficult-to-fill technical positions within a public-sector environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical positions.
Develop sourcing strategies for passive and active candidates.
Conduct recruiter screenings and candidate evaluations.
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines.
Prepare candidate submission packages, assessments, and interview summaries.
Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications.
Track recruiting metrics and maintain ATS records.
Mentor junior recruiters and support recruiting best practices.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum five (5) years of IT recruiting experience.
Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and professional networking platforms.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting government or public-sector clients.
Experience recruiting for hard-to-fill technical positions.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
