Senior IT Recruiter

E-Logic Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior IT Recruiter to support Milwaukee Transport Services (MTS). This position will lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for highly specialized Information Technology professionals, focusing on difficult-to-fill technical positions within a public-sector environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical positions.
• Develop sourcing strategies for passive and active candidates.
• Conduct recruiter screenings and candidate evaluations.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines.
• Prepare candidate submission packages, assessments, and interview summaries.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications.
• Track recruiting metrics and maintain ATS records.
• Mentor junior recruiters and support recruiting best practices.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five (5) years of IT recruiting experience.
• Demonstrated success recruiting cybersecurity, infrastructure, networking, software development, cloud, and enterprise application professionals.
• Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and professional networking platforms.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting government or public-sector clients.
• Experience recruiting for hard-to-fill technical positions.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
