    • Guide stakeholders as a business consultant, ensuring effective procurement workflows and informed buying decisions.

    • Facilitate the IT vendor management framework and oversee the full vendor portfolio.

    • Develop, monitor, and communicate vendor performance metrics through scorecards and dashboards.

    • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews and manage vendor and internal satisfaction surveys with follow‑up action plans.

    • Align vendor performance measures to business objectives and define contractual performance expectations.

    • Partner with the Supplier Relationship Team on contract oversight, including SLA and OLA tracking and benchmarking.

    • Monitor industry and technology trends, mentor others as needed, and perform additional duties to support IT procurement and vendor strategy.

    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    Job Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Technology, Business, Operations, Finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.

    • 5+ years of experience negotiating technology services and supporting IT functions, ideally within sourcing, procurement, or legal environments.

    • Strong relationship‑building skills with suppliers and internal stakeholders, including the ability to communicate and lead discussions with senior leadership.

    • Proven ability to navigate complex organizational structures, manage projects effectively, and deliver high‑quality customer service.

    • Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills (verbal, written, and interpersonal).
