Senior IT Support Analyst

Core duties and responsibilities include:

• Provide advanced Tier II/III technical support for users and enterprise systems
• Troubleshoot Windows servers, Active Directory, Microsoft 365/Exchange, networking, and virtualization issues
• Install, configure, and maintain PCs, servers, network equipment, and peripherals
• Monitor network performance, system health, and security
• Manage Active Directory user accounts, permissions, and Group Policy
• Lead IT projects and drive process improvements
• Maintain hardware/software inventory, backups, and technical documentation
• Train and support end users on hardware, software, and IT best practices

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
• 3–5 years of experience supporting Windows-based enterprise environments
• Strong experience with Active Directory, Windows Server, Microsoft 365/Exchange, VMware, and SCCM
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls, VLANs, and LAN/WAN networking
• ITIL and/or CCNA certifications are a plus
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills

Compensation:

• The salary range for this position is from $60K to $68K, depending on experience.
