Job Summary:
Senior Java Developer and revolutionize the way global trading operations work. Dive into creating ultra-low-latency architectures, crafting real-time market data handling, and automating trading processes at a grand scale in a high-performance, high-stakes environment. Work on cutting-edge projects that involve building backend services for pricing, quoting, and trading execution alongside mentoring a team to foster a world-class development unit.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop high-performance backend services for real-time pricing, quoting, and trade execution.
- Automate RFQ lifecycle and build robust dealer quoting infrastructure.
- Design and implement event-driven architectures that integrate with trading UIs and risk management systems.
- Ensure systems are scalable, resilient, and optimized for performance and observability.
- Lead and mentor a development team towards building efficient, mission-critical financial trading systems.
Must-Have Skills:- Proficient in Java with a strong background in multi-threading and performance optimization.
- Experience in building backend services for front-office trading systems.
- Solid understanding of fixed income dealer workflows, quoting, and trade execution mechanisms.
Industry Experience:
Deep expertise in Fixed Income markets and electronic trading platforms is essential.
