Role: Senior Java Developer

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java.
• Strong experience with Spring Boot.
• Hands-on experience developing and supporting Microservices.
• Redis experience is preferred.
• Strong development skills with good communication and collaboration abilities.

Job Description:

• Design, develop, and deliver scalable features using Java and Spring Boot.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain Microservices-based applications.
• Participate in solution design, coding, testing, debugging, and deployment activities.
• Follow enterprise standards and best practices for application design, coding, quality, and security.
• Ensure solutions meet business and product requirements with minimal technical debt.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide effective technical solutions.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, architects, and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, planning, and estimation activities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and engineering practices.
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers and provide technical guidance when required.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Redis experience is a plus and will be preferred.
