Senior Development Position

This is a senior development position responsible for establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology Team. The role focuses on building robust, high-performance, large-scale applications that are scalable and maintainable. The successful candidate will bring strong Core Java backend development expertise along with hands-on experience in concurrent programming, Spring Framework technologies, REST APIs, cloud computing, microservices, containers, and large datasets. The position also requires practical involvement in CI/CD pipelines, deployment verification, release troubleshooting, DevOps processes, and containerization using Docker/Kubernetes. Experience working within Agile software development processes, with a strong emphasis on test-driven development, is required. The role requires a senior-level professional who can work independently, proactively take ownership of responsibilities, collaborate with the Technology Team, and contribute to development and production tooling.

Job Duties

• Establish and implement new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology Team.
• Build robust, high-performance, large-scale applications.
• Track and verify deployments and troubleshoot release or deployment issues.
• Support development and production teams through sophisticated tooling.
• Work with DevOps and release processes, CI/CD pipelines, containers, microservices, and cloud computing technologies.
