Job Summary

Senior Java/Python Developer

Location: Middletown, NJ (Need F2F in NJ, Onsite from Day 1 & 5 Days Office)

Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Java/Python Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java and Python, deep understanding of software architecture, and experience building high-performance distributed systems.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions, mentor junior developers, and contribute to architectural decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance applications using Java and/or Python.

Build and consume RESTful APIs and microservices.

Participate in system architecture design and technical decision-making.

Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.

Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability.

Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps teams, and product managers.

Conduct code reviews and mentor junior/mid-level developers.

Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.

Ensure code quality using unit testing, integration testing, and CI/CD pipelines.

Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements.

The pay range for this role is $100,000- $110,000 per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.
