The company offers long‑term stability, a collaborative environment, and strong benefits.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the monthly close process, including account reconciliations and financial reportingMaintain balance sheet integrity and ensure cash accuracyPrepare and analyze job cost reports, including WIP schedules and project performanceSupport project‑related accounting such as billing, collections, and retainage trackingLead regular accounting team meetings and help drive accountability across the functionAssist with forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning activitiesManage tax filings and year‑end reporting in coordination with external partnersIdentify and resolve discrepancies, improving processes and controls along the wayQualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting5+ years of accounting experience, with strong exposure to job cost or project accountingExperience with a project‑based or cost accounting environment preferredERP system experience (project‑based systems a plus)Advanced Excel skillsStrong understanding of GAAPAnalytical mindset with strong attention to detail and communication skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
