The business generates significant annual revenue, maintains a strong repeat-client base, and promotes leadership development from within.Job DescriptionLead all on-site construction activities for K-12 education projects from mobilization through closeout. Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, safety programs, and daily site operations. Partner with project managers, owners, architects, and consultants to ensure successful project delivery. Monitor quality, budget, and schedule performance while resolving site challenges proactively. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage subcontractors and field teams. Knowledge of construction scheduling, safety, quality control, and project execution. Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with owners and design teams. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management preferred or equivalent industry experience.What's on OfferSalary: $110,000-$130,000 base salary, with flexibility for exceptional candidates. 15% bonus potential plus employee ownership (ESOP).
