Position Title: Senior Knowledge Management Attorney – Private Funds Location: New York, Boston Salary Range: $250,000 - $375,000
About the Opportunity
Leads development and implementation of KM strategies for Private Funds practice, including managing precedent documents, forms, checklists, training programs, and participating in firm-wide KM initiatives. Primarily non-billable.
REQUIREMENTS:
J.D. degree; 10–15 years experience (5+ at a large law firm preferred)
Knowledge of private funds/asset management and KM
Strong writing, analytical, project management, and tech skills
