Consider joining us today to make a difference. Primary Responsibilities:The Senior Knowledge Management Technician leads development, governance, lifecycle management, and optimization of USPTO knowledge articles supporting Service Desk, APR, UCC, and self-service operations.  Additionally, in this position you will:Develop and maintain enterprise knowledge articles.Perform knowledge quality reviews.Support AI-enabled knowledge management initiatives.Conduct knowledge audits and lifecycle reviews.Coordinate with service owners and technical teams.Drive self-service content improvements. Qualifications:Five (5) years of knowledge management experience.Experience with ServiceNow Knowledge Management.
