MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-driven Senior Knowledge Manager to join our team in Oahu, Hawaii.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Leads the implementation of the Knowledge Management strategy and coordinates the maintenance of information repositories across multi-functional departments.

  • Validate the integrity of shared data and authorize KM process updates to maintain organizational alignment.

  • Monitor KM performance metrics and lead internal teams in achieving complex information-sharing goals.

  • Will execute strategic KM oversight for logistics and sustainment operations across the Indo-Pacific theater.

  • Validate the accuracy of theater-specific data repositories and lead internal assessments to ensure alignment with theater-level reporting standards.

  • Coordinate with mission partners to proactively identify and resolve information bottlenecks before they impact regional mission readiness.

  • Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree in Business, Management, Information Science, or a related field.

  • 10+ years of position relevant experience.

  • Experience in formal KM oversight and acting as a functional lead for information sharing.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CKM or PMP certification.

  • Experience with SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, or other enterprise collaboration tools in a DoD environment.

  • Knowledge of USSOCOM operational data standards.

Clearance Requirement:

  • Must hold an active Secret clearance

Physical Requirements:

  • The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.

  • Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.

The projected compensation range for this position is $153,800.00-$275,800.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
