CSI Recruiting is working with a privately held oil and gas exploration and production company seeking a Senior Landman to focus on the company’s assets throughout the Rockies and Mid -Continent. <\/div>
<\/div>
The role will have significant autonomy while also working within a team of experienced E&P professionals and will report to the EVP of Land and Business Development. <\/div>
<\/div>
Responsibilities Will Include:<\/b> <\/div>
Manage, acquire and negotiate Land and Lease Assets <\/span><\/li>
Management of Contracts, JOAs and Agreements <\/span><\/li>
Perform Title review <\/span><\/li>
Function as the primary liaison between Company and landowners <\/span><\/li>
Manage GIS Mapping projects <\/span><\/li>
Perform permitting and regulatory compliance <\/span><\/li>
Engage and manage 3rd party consultants as needed to perform field work <\/span><\/li>
In tandem with the engineering, geoscience and business development teams, perform asset evaluation and acquisition due diligence <\/span><\/li>
Work closely and directly with management and operations to provide support for <\/span>field assets. <\/li>
Experience with BLM and State Agencies required <\/li><\/ul>

Requirements<\/h3>
Ideal candidates will have 6 to 12+ years as an in -house Landman within an active exploration and production company with an emphasis on assets within the Rockies and Mid -Continent<\/span> <\/li>
BS in Energy Management, Business, Law or related field<\/span> <\/li>
CPL preferred. Travel required<\/span> <\/li>
Ability to work on projects with limited supervision. Seeking a self -starter and <\/span>high ethics professional with a robust upstream oil & gas network <\/li><\/ul>
