This position serves as a key field leadership role responsible for managing service delivery operations, leading field crews, ensuring safety and quality standards, maintaining client relationships, and driving operational excellence across assigned territories. The Senior Service Delivery Manager will oversee stormwater maintenance, inspection, rehabilitation, and repair activities while providing hands-on leadership to Service Delivery teams. This role is designed for experienced field managers with a proven track record of leading crews in stormwater management, landscaping, or similar outdoor service industries. Specific duties include:

"Compensation for this position is determined by verified, directly related industry experience. Candidates who have three (3) or more consecutive years of employment with a company performing work substantially similar to the responsibilities outlined in this job description may qualify for an enhanced starting wage. Candidates with less than 3 years of directly related experience: $21.00 – $24.00 per hour Candidates with 3+ years of directly related experience: $25.00 – $32.00 per hour To be considered for the higher compensation range, candidates must have a minimum of two (2) years of verifiable experience in a comparable role.
