Senior Lead Adobe Architect

Pay Range: $55.00hr - $60.00hr

Job Overview:

Mandatory skills include AEP RTCDP, Adobe CJA (Customer Journey Analytics), Adobe Analytics, and other Adobe suite products. The organization seeks a highly experienced Lead Adobe Architect with 8 10+ years in digital analytics, tag management, customer data platforms, and marketing technology. The ideal candidate will have dedicated most of their career to designing, implementing, and supporting solutions across the Adobe product suite. This senior, hands-on role requires deep expertise in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP-RTCDP), Adobe Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe tag management, and integrations with platforms such as Braze and Attentive. The candidate must be proficient in data access, functions, connectors, consent integrations, and third-party platforms. The successful candidate will lead solution architecture, complex implementations, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, governance, and technical delivery for enterprise Adobe and marketing-transformation programs.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the lead architect and subject-matter expert for the enterprise Adobe ecosystem.
• Design scalable client-side and server-side architectures using Adobe products.
• Lead enterprise implementations, migrations, upgrades, and optimization initiatives.
• Own the design and implementation of AA to CJA migration with extensive libraries, extensions, load rules, tags, mappings, environments, and data quality/validation.
• Establish standardized data layers and event-tracking frameworks across websites, mobile applications, and other digital channels.

Required Experience:

• Overall experience in digital analytics, tag management, customer data platforms, marketing technology, or related disciplines.
• Significant career experience primarily focused on the Adobe suite of products and enterprise Adobe implementations.
• Ideally 8+ years of direct, hands-on experience with the Adobe product suite.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex, large-scale Adobe programs across multiple brands, regions, websites, or applications.
• Proven ability to design end-to-end Adobe architectures spanning client-side collection, server-side processing, identity resolution, segmentation, and activation.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Adobe APIs, event specifications, extensions, load rules, mappings, profiles, libraries, custom containers, and publishing environments.
• Advanced JavaScript expertise, including APIs, event handling, asynchronous processing, promises, browser storage, cookies, and error handling.
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, HTTP/HTTPS, REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, authentication mechanisms, and browser security controls.
• Expert-level debugging and root-cause analysis skills using browser developer tools, Adobe Trace, network logs, API tools, and destination-platform diagnostics.
• Experience integrating Adobe with platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Ads, Meta, Salesforce, Adobe Experience Cloud, marketing automation systems, personalization engines, affiliate platforms, and data warehouses.
• Strong experience integrating consent-management platforms, preferably OneTrust or TrustArc.
• Detailed understanding of consent models, privacy requirements, cookie classifications, data retention, and regional enforcement.
• Experience with mobile tracking and Adobe SDK implementations for iOS and Android.
• Strong knowledge of CDP concepts, customer profiles, audience segmentation, identity stitching, real-time activation, and data governance.
• Experience with Agile delivery, Jira, Git, release management, incident management, and enterprise change control processes.
