Senior Lead Carpenter
Overview
Are you a highly skilled carpenter with leadership experience in high-end remodeling? Do you take pride in craftsmanship, teamwork, and client satisfaction? Feinmann, Inc. is looking for a Senior Lead Carpenter to join our award-winning, employee-owned team.
Responsibilities
- Lead carpentry teams and subcontractors on high-end residential remodeling projects
- Oversee site logistics and daily schedules to keep projects on time and within budget
- Communicate with project managers, clients, and team members to maintain alignment and resolve issues
- Perform high-quality installations that meet specifications and exceed expectations
- Manage punch lists and ensure all final details are completed to the highest standard
- Enforce job site safety and mentor team members on best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of carpentry experience, with 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role
- Experience in high-end residential remodeling strongly preferred
- Ability to read blueprints, technical documents, and project specifications
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Detail-oriented, quality-driven, and committed to craftsmanship
- Must own a full set of tools
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Compensation & Benefits
- $35-$45/hr based on experience
