Senior Lead Developer (.NET / Azure / Power Platform)Location: Washington, DC (On-site)Security Clearance: Ability to obtain Tier II Background InvestigationJob SummaryWe are looking for a Senior Lead Developer to design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise applications supporting Microsoft 365, Azure, SharePoint Online, Power Platform, SQL Server, and custom .NET solutions.Responsibilities
  • Design and develop enterprise software solutions. 
  • Build and maintain .NET and Azure-based applications. 
  • Develop Power Apps and Power Automate solutions. 
  • Support SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 integrations. 
  • Perform code reviews, troubleshooting, testing, and deployment. 
  • Implement DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, and secure coding practices. 
  • Support production environments and modernization initiatives. 
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field. 
  • 8+ years developing enterprise applications. 
  • Strong experience with: 
    • C# 
    • .NET Framework / .NET Core
Compensation: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour
