We're partnering with a energy organization seeking a Senior/Lead Engineer with power systems experience to provide technical leadership across transmission, distribution, grid integration, and renewable energy projects.
Key Qualifications
5+ years of power systems engineering experience (8+ years preferred for Lead level)
Utility, power consulting, or generation industry experience
Strong knowledge of transmission & distribution systems, grid operations, and system planning
Client-facing project experience
PE License strongly preferred
What You'll Do
Lead engineering studies and technical deliverables
Support utility and renewable energy projects
Mentor junior engineering staff
Interface directly with clients
Contribute to technical reviews and project execution
