Pay Rate: $69 - $74/hr (OT40)

  • 7+ years of Project/Program Management experience leading enterprise-scale technology initiatives
  • Strong experience with Cloud Transformation, Application Modernization, and Infrastructure Programs
  • Expertise using Jira, Confluence, and Agile delivery methodologies
  • Experience managing highly complex initiatives in large, matrixed organizations

Job Summary

In this contingent resource assignment, you will serve as a senior program leadership resource responsible for driving highly complex infrastructure transformation initiatives across the CTO organization. This role will lead large-scale strategic programs focused on cloud technologies, application modernization, data center buildouts, infrastructure transformation, and enterprise technology investments.

The Senior Lead Project Manager will partner with senior executives, technology leaders, architects, engineers, and business stakeholders to establish delivery plans, manage execution, mitigate risk, and ensure successful delivery of critical enterprise infrastructure initiatives.

This role requires a highly consultative leader who can operate effectively in complex, matrixed environments while driving organizational change, simplification, modernization, and operational excellence.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Program & Project Leadership

  • Lead enterprise-scale infrastructure and cloud transformation programs
  • Develop and execute comprehensive program delivery plans
  • Manage multiple workstreams, dependencies, and strategic initiatives simultaneously
  • Drive execution and accountability across technology and business teams
  • Ensure alignment with CTO strategic priorities

Infrastructure Transformation

  • Support initiatives involving:

  • Data Center Buildouts

  • Cloud Migration

  • Application Modernization

  • Infrastructure Modernization

  • Platform Engineering

  • Enterprise Technology Transformation

  • Coordinate delivery across multiple infrastructure domains and technology teams

Agile & Delivery Management

  • Utilize Jira and Confluence to manage large-scale enterprise delivery efforts
  • Support Agile and iterative delivery models
  • Manage roadmaps, execution plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues
  • Track critical path activities and ensure delivery timelines are achieved

Executive Communications & Governance

  • Develop executive-level communications and reporting
  • Translate highly technical delivery updates into business-friendly messaging
  • Present program status, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership
  • Provide strategic guidance and delivery insights to executive stakeholders

Risk, Dependency & Change Management

  • Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and execution obstacles
  • Perform impact analysis on at-risk initiatives
  • Develop and manage Go-to-Green remediation plans
  • Ensure alignment with PMO governance and compliance requirements
  • Drive workflow optimization and process improvements

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Partner with:

  • Architecture Teams

  • PMO Functions

  • Business Leaders

  • Lead discussions that influence strategic decisions and outcomes
