Submit your application for the opportunity below: Senior Leadership and Org Development Coordinator Job Summary and Qualifications The Operations Analyst supports the Leadership & Organizational Development (L&OD) and Workforce Development teams by delivering data-driven insights through reporting, dashboards, and analytics. This role partners with internal stakeholders to measure program effectiveness, improve operational performance, and support strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics (routine to complex)Analyze data to identify trends, inconsistencies, and process improvement opportunitiesTranslate data into clear, actionable insights and presentationsSupport budgeting, contract coordination, and invoice processingPartner with L&OD team members to meet reporting and metric needs Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business, Data Analytics/Science, HR, or related field (Masters preferred)3+ years of experience in data analysis and reportingExperience working with large data sets and advanced Excel skillsBI tools experience (Power BI preferred)Benefits HCA Healthcare, offers a total rewards package that supports the health, life, career and retirement of our colleagues.
