We are seeking an experienced Senior Learning Facilitator to deliver high-impact learning experiences that support professional and leadership development across the organization. This role is responsible for facilitating interactive workshops, team sessions, and leadership programs for employees at all levels, including senior leaders.
This is an ideal opportunity for a facilitator who is highly engaging, skilled in group dynamics, and thrives in a flexible, as-needed environment. The ideal candidate understands that effective learning is not only about presenting content, but about engaging participants and driving meaningful discussion and insight.
