The Senior Legal Counsel, Compliance will instrumental in managing legal and compliance risks while building and leading the compliance program's priorities and initiatives for the North America region, North America HQ and Samsung Electronics America, Inc. The Head of Compliance will be responsible for developing, planning, monitoring and reporting on the corporate compliance program for SEA and its NA subsidiaries. This role is fundamental to ensuring that SEA and its NA subsidiaries maintain a culture that is legally compliant and ethical, in accordance with Samsung's global principles.
This role will be based in New York, NY, and may require travel to other Samsung offices in North America which consists of the United States, Canada, and Mexico.

Skills and Qualifications
The salary range for this role is expected to be between $300,000 and $365,000. Actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role.
