Client Overview:
Our client, a prestigious law firm headquartered in Midtown Manhattan, is seeking a sharp, experienced, and highly discreet Senior Legal Executive Assistant to support two Partners and their team of Associates. This boutique law firm specializes in high-stakes commercial litigation, investigations, and appellate advocacy.

Salary/Hourly Rate:
$40/hr - $45/hr

Position Overview:
The Senior Legal Executive Assistant will provide dedicated support to two Partners and their Associates, handling a wide range of high-level administrative responsibilities with professionalism and confidentiality. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, resourceful, and capable of anticipating needs while managing complex schedules and priorities.

Responsibilities of the Senior Legal Executive Assistant:
  • Arrange complex travel and accommodations and create detailed itineraries for assigned attorneys.
  • Order catering for meetings as needed.
  • Process and track vendor and client invoices in the firm's check request system and resolve billing issues.
  • Reconcile attorney accounts on a weekly basis.
  • Submit and manage expense reimbursements.
Required Experience/Skills for the Senior Legal Executive Assistant:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting senior-level professionals in a legal environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Flexible, detail-oriented, dependable, and proactive.
Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
