    Warren Recruiting's client, a Tier One national hospital, is actively seeking a dynamic Corporate and Transactional Lawyer with experience drafting and negotiating Commercial Contracts including Procurement and Supply Chain Agreements.This is an exceptional opportunity to play a key legal and strategic role as an Attorney in a leading healthcare organization dedicated to advancing patient care and operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive legal support for supply chain management operations, including sourcing and contracting, supplier relationship management, procurement, purchasing, customer relationship management, and strategic group purchasing organizations (GPOs) partnerships.Serve as a trusted business partner to executive leadership and key stakeholders by offering strategic legal counsel.Lead and manage large-scale projects, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and organizational policies.Utilize extensive analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex legal and business challenges.Demonstrate strong supervisory abilities and effectively collaborate across departments.QualificationsMinimum 7 years of experience providing legal counsel in supply chain, procurement, strategic sourcing, contract management, or GPOs.Healthcare industry experience.Preference for candidates with procurement experience for the State of Texas .Proven track record of independent decision-making, sound judgment, and strategic insight.Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.Location & Work ArrangementThis is a remote position , but candidates must reside in Austin, Houston, Dallas, San Antonio, or elsewhere in Texas .If you're a legal professional seeking a challenging and rewarding role in the healthcare sector, this position offers an unparalleled opportunity to contribute your expertise and make a lasting impact.#J-18808-Ljbffr
