Advanced Personnel Resources is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Sr. Level Collections Specialist to join our client’s team in Greensboro, NC. Although being bilingual is not mandatory, but is preferred. IF you are a strong collections agent- please still apply! · Pay: $18 per hour · Schedule: 8:30am - 5:30pm, Monday – Friday Benefits offered by APR: · Medical, Dental, Term Life, Short-Term Disability, Holiday Pay, Service Bonus, Direct Deposit In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring timely collection of outstanding accounts receivable across various industries. You will proactively reach out to customers with overdue accounts, ask strategic questions to understand payment delays, and work to resolve delinquencies efficiently. As a senior-level specialist, you may also mentor and support junior team members. Key Responsibilities: · Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner · Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics including the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act (FDCPA) · Inform clients by explaining the process, answering questions, providing information and researching issues · Collect customer information pertinent to business objectives such as name, address, demographic and financial information · Document all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way · Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening · Data entry skills · People skills · Previous experience in a collections customer service/support role · Attention to detail · Professionalism · Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively · Adaptability to different personality types
