Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Licensed Architect (Multi-Family) position include:
• 7+ years of professional architectural experience with required multifamily residential project experience, including designing or documenting apartment projects
• Registered Architect in Florida or another state with reciprocity eligibility, with strong knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction management practices
• Lead and manage multiple multifamily projects simultaneously in a fast-paced development environment
• Provide quality control oversight and direct internal teams without micromanagement
• Coordinate with municipalities, building departments, consultants, and community stakeholders, including variances and community meetings
• Help create and refine standardized multifamily building prototypes and drawing sets over time
• Mentor drafters and designers while overseeing team production, timelines, and deliverables
• Use Revit and AutoCAD to support project execution and documentation as needed
Salary: $100,000 - $175,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
