• Do you thrive solving tough HVAC problems using a CMMS and solid diagnostics?
• Can you keep boilers, pumps, and environmental controls running safely and efficiently?

What you will tackle

• CMMS-driven preventive/corrective maintenance with thorough documentation.
• Service and minor installs on motors, engines, pumps, belts, fans, AHUs, VAV and fan-powered boxes.
• Operation and upkeep of electronic/pneumatic environmental controls, oil/gas fired water tube boilers, and auxiliary gear (pumps, de-aerating tanks, air compressor blowers).
• Inspection, testing, and monitoring to diagnose issues; safe and proper tool use.
• Strict adherence to CGL Facility Maintenance standards, OSHA, and client safety protocols.
• Code-compliant quality checks for your work and peers’ work.
• Escort and coordinate subcontractors on site.
• Mentor HVAC and General Trades technicians; share best practices and oversight.
• Assist neighboring facilities when specialized help is needed.
• Keep work areas clean; complete safety/compliance/development training.

Must-haves

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 4–6 years of commercial HVAC/building maintenance experience.
• Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Certification.
• State Issued HVAC License.
• Ability to work occasional on-call shifts.
• Microsoft Office skills; strong communication and client interaction.
• Knowledge across electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and general building maintenance.
• Blueprint/as-built reading ability; quick learner of facility layouts and control system locations.

Nice-to-haves

• Refrigeration experience.
• Previous experience managing others.
• HVAC Certification.
