Boutique litigation firm located in downtown Chicago seeks a litigation attorney with a minimum of ten years of experience in business litigation with an emphasis on construction and professional liability. Other beneficial qualifications include experience in insurance coverage litigation and appellate work. Depending on performance this position may transition from contract lawyer to full time. Compensation is negotiable.
This position requires strong skill in research and writing, discovery ( including e-discovery), proficiency in oral argument before the trial court including trial experience.
