Salary: $200,000 - $230,000 per year
A bit about us:
Our client is a well-established litigation boutique based in Dallas, Texas, built by a group of former Big Law partners who wanted to combine sophisticated trial capability with a more personal, relationship-driven way of practicing law. Founded in the late 2000s, the firm has grown into one of the largest women-owned law firms in the Southwest and holds both Certified Women's Business Enterprise (WBE) status and membership in NAMWOLF.
The firm's docket spans business and commercial litigation, labor and employment defense, appellate work, family law, legal malpractice, and alternative dispute resolution. Clients range from Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies to mid-sized businesses and individuals, and the firm frequently serves as lead or local counsel in complex state and federal matters throughout Texas and nationally.
Why join us?
Big Law pedigree, boutique culture. Attorneys here trained at some of the largest and most respected firms in the region, but chose to build something smaller and more collaborative. You get sophisticated matters and serious clients without the bureaucracy of a mega-firm.
Real ownership of your cases. Rather than being buried under layers of staffing, attorneys are expected to take meaningful ownership of client relationships and case strategy from an early stage.
High-caliber, high-profile work. The firm's client roster includes many of the largest companies in the country, giving attorneys exposure to substantial, complex disputes rather than routine or low-stakes matters.
Recognized leadership. Firm attorneys are consistently recognized among top lawyers in Texas by independent legal ranking organizations, and the firm itself is nationally recognized for its work.
A genuinely collegial team. The firm places a strong emphasis on personal relationships internally and with clients, aiming to be a place where people enjoy the people they work with, not just the work itself.
