Our client is a well-established litigation boutique based in Dallas, Texas, built by a group of former Big Law partners who wanted to combine sophisticated trial capability with a more personal, relationship-driven way of practicing law. The firm's docket spans business and commercial litigation, labor and employment defense, appellate work, family law, legal malpractice, and alternative dispute resolution. Clients range from Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies to mid-sized businesses and individuals, and the firm frequently serves as lead or local counsel in complex state and federal matters throughout Texas and nationally.

Job Details
Minimum of 4 years of experience in litigation, with a focus on business/commercial litigation and/or labor and employment defense
Big Law or equivalent large-firm training strongly preferred
Active license to practice law in Texas (or ability to obtain licensure/reciprocity promptly)
Demonstrated first-chair or significant second-chair experience, including hands-on involvement in depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation
Strong academic credentials and excellent legal writing and oral advocacy skills
Comfort managing client relationships directly and taking ownership of matters with appropriate autonomy
Ability to thrive in a smaller, closely-knit firm environment while handling sophisticated, high-stakes matters
