Responsibilities: You'll bring your litigation expertise and leadership to a practice that's built on impact. You will: • Lead complex commercial and residential bad-faith insurance cases from intake through resolution, including trial • Collaborate with partners and the executive team to develop and refine firm-wide litigation strategies. • Mentor junior attorneys and legal staff by offering guidance, training, and feedback to elevate team performance • Strategically interface with clients, experts, and stakeholders to deliver exceptional results and manage expectations • Draft, review, and supervise high-level pleadings, motions, discovery, and trial preparation materials • Take ownership of timelines, case development, and performance metrics, ensuring high standards and consistent excellence Qualifications: • J.D. from an accredited law school and an active Oklahoma Bar license in good standing • Minimum 10 years of litigation experience , with a strong emphasis on bad faith insurance claims (both residential and commercial) • Proven record of success in handling high-stakes litigation and managing complex caseloads • A leadership mindset with a desire to mentor, inspire, and develop legal talent • Exceptional legal writing, analytical thinking, and courtroom advocacy skills • A commitment to professional growth for yourself, your team, and the clients Benefits: • Benefits package including health, vision, and retirement plan options. • Compensation: $120,000 base salary + performance-based bonuses with growth incentives potential Compensation: $120,000 yearly base salary + performance based bonuses

Compensation:
$120,000 per year
