Job DescriptionPOSITION:SENIOR LITIGATION ATTORNEYSALARY RANGE:$130K TO $200K Plus commissionOur Client is a dynamic and rapidly growing personal injury and property damage law firm, seeks a highly motivated and passionate Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join their team.POSITION SUMMARY:Attorneys are expected to meet with clients to discuss their case, show compassion and empathy, and demonstrate an ability to earn their trust, confidence and respect. They will also provide clients with updates and communicate with insurance companies from time to time regarding status of claims, demands and offers.QUALIFICATIONSEXPERIENCE/REQUIREMENTS:Full-time5+ years of litigation experienceMember of the Texas Bar and in good standingExperience in knowing how to evaluate claims, etc.Superb negotiation skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsHave a proactive approach to problem-solvingTeam-orientedNote: Ideally all trial roles will have 4+ First Chair (Lead Attorney) trial experienceWHY IS THIS A GREAT OPPORTUNITYFIRM BENEFITS:Our Client offers a competitive benefits package for our full-time employees and their families.
