Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Litigation Paralegal to provide comprehensive support to attorneys handling complex, high-volume litigation matters. This is a hands-on role for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple matters and competing deadlines in a fast-paced legal environment.
Responsibilities
Manage litigation matters from initial intake through trial and, when applicable, appeal
Coordinate discovery, including document collection, review, organization, and production
Prepare and organize pleadings, motions, correspondence, and other legal documents
Handle electronic court filings and maintain case and docket information
Conduct legal and case-related research as needed
Assist attorneys with trial and deposition preparation, including exhibits, witness materials, and trial binders
Track deadlines, court dates, discovery obligations, and other case milestones
Maintain organized electronic and physical case files
Communicate with attorneys, clients, experts, court personnel, and other outside parties
Help establish best practices and serve as a resource to less experienced paralegals
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred
10+ years of litigation paralegal experience
Strong understanding of litigation procedures and the full litigation lifecycle
Experience supporting complex, high-volume matters in a law firm or similar legal environment
Strong discovery, e-discovery, trial preparation, and case management experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case/document management systems
Familiarity with electronic filing systems and legal research platforms
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
Comfortable working independently while collaborating with attorneys and other legal professionals
Willingness to work additional hours when necessary and travel for trials or other case-related needs
**Salary Ranges from $100,000-$125,000 year depending on experience
