The Senior Litigation Paralegal will support attorneys by managing case files, conducting research, and preparing legal documents for litigation matters. This role is ideal for a candidate with 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience, ideally within AmLaw 100 firms.

Description
- Organize and maintain case files, ensuring all documents are updated and accessible.
- Assist attorneys in preparing for hearings, depositions, and trials.
- Conduct legal research and summarize findings for attorney review.
- Draft and proofread legal documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, and correspondence.
- Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and other parties to gather necessary information and documentation.
- Manage deadlines and ensure timely submission of court filings and other legal documents.
- Utilize litigation support software to organize and analyze case data.
- Provide general administrative support to the legal team as needed.
Profile
A successful Senior Litigation Paralegal should have:
- BS/BA from an accredited college required.
- Paralegal certificate preferred.
- 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience, ideally within global firms
- Proficiency in legal research tools (Relativity, Nuix Discover) and litigation support software (Live Note, CaseMap).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- An understanding of legal terminology and court procedures.
- A proactive and detail-oriented mindset to manage complex cases effectively.
