We are seeking a Senior Litigation Legal Assistant to join MetLife's in-house Legal Services Team, primarily supporting the Litigation Unit within Government and Legal Affairs. This role also supports broader Legal Services initiatives and other areas of Government and Legal Affairs. The Senior Litigation Legal Assistant brings experience from a large law firm or corporate environment supporting the full litigation lifecycle through strong organization, process management, and eDiscovery execution. This role helps ensure litigation is efficient, defensible, and well managed, contributing to risk mitigation, operational efficiency, and effective outcomes. Guided by our purpose - always with you building a more confident future - and our New Frontier strategy focused on stronger growth, attractive returns and all-weather performance, this is an exciting opportunity to support litigation matters while helping shape and improve the processes behind them. The expected salary range for this position is $74,500 - $99,300. This role may also be eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation and stock-based long-term incentives. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.
