
Overview Title: Senior Living Code InspectorJob Type: Full-time and Part-timeResponsibilities Schedule and conduct on-site inspections for new construction and substantial rehabilitation of senior living properties under OHP guidelinesEvaluate units for compliance with HUD Housing Quality Standards (HQS)Complete inspection reports and required documentation in accordance with HUD and OHP contract requirements and company guidelinesQualifications Willingness to travel for inspectionsValid driver's license and reliable transportationICC certification, engineering license, or architectural license ORAt least 5 years of experience in multifamily housing inspections ANDMinimum 2 years of experience performing inspections for HUD or other government/local agencies in multifamily housingCompensation and Benefits $35 – $50 per hour, based on experience and qualificationsFull-time team members are eligible for health, dental, and vision coverageBoth full-time and part-time employees are eligible for the 401(k) plan with a 5% company match after 90 days of employment#J-18808-Ljbffr
