Schedule: Full-Time | Monday through Friday + Leadership On-Call and Weekend Responsibilities

Sunflower Communities is seeking an experienced and passionate leader to oversee a beautiful 55-bed senior living community, consisting of both Assisted Living and Memory Care residents. This is a highly visible leadership role where you will have the autonomy, support, and resources to make meaningful decisions that directly impact residents, families, and team members every day.
We are looking for someone who enjoys being present, building culture, mentoring staff, supporting families during important life transitions, and creating an environment where residents genuinely feel at home. This is not a role for someone who wants to sit behind a desk. We are searching for a leader who thrives in the community, knows residents by name, supports employees face-to-face, and takes pride in creating an exceptional experience for everyone who walks through the door.
