Senior Living Sales Director

Sales Director Duties and Responsibilities:

·         Record information concerning inquiries, admissions, and discharges

·         Daily census reports and reporting

·         Coordinate the inquiry process

·         Facilitates the admission process including completing required paperwork

·         Notification and reporting of admission updates

·         Maintains monthly records of census and other necessary reporting records

·         Remains in contact with new residents; perform 3-month post move-in visit, surveys residents for satisfaction

·         Represents facility at community events, open houses other special and public relation events

·         Works with Nursing Liaisons/Marketer with referrals/admissions

Sales Director Qualifications and Skills:

·         Must be able to read and understand clinical paperwork

·         Excellent interpersonal skills

·         Must work well within a team

·         Should be able to handle multiple tasks at once
