This position earns a competitive compensation package which includes the base salary and monthly bonuses. The Senior Living Sales Director is responsible for business development, move-in processes and the development and maintenance of occupancy. The perfect candidate represents the senior living apartments to professionals and the community to expand referral base, and continuously analyzes the marketplace and determining the changing needs of the facility's consumers.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR DIRECTOR OF MARKETING

• REQUIRED: 2 years' experience in health care related marketing.
• Preferred: experience with lease-up.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree.
• Computer knowledgeable including word and Excel.
• A desire to work with seniors.
