As the Senior Loan Adjuster, you'll lead and support a team of Loan Adjusters, creating an environment focused on accountability, collaboration, and professional growth. You'll provide day-to-day supervision, coaching, and performance feedback while ensuring your team has the resources, knowledge, and guidance needed to deliver exceptional service and achieve departmental goals.
In addition to leading the team, you'll serve as a subject matter expert by managing complex and escalated delinquent accounts, helping members and identifying solutions that protect their financial well-being while minimizing risk to the credit union. You'll work closely with department leadership, branch staff, and internal business partners to ensure consistent practices, regulatory compliance, and efficient operations.

Senior Loan Adjusters are required to work 10-7 once a week with their team.
Qualifications
We're looking for a candidate with a high school diploma, or equivalent, and experience in collections, loan servicing, or a related financial services environment. Previous supervisory experience is strongly preferred, and a bachelor's degree may be considered in place of related work experience.
The ideal candidate is an effective leader with strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills who is comfortable coaching employees, managing competing priorities, and making sound decisions in challenging situations. As well as a commitment to regulatory compliance and exceptional member service.
A valid driver's license is required, as this position may require occasional travel throughout the state, sometimes with short notice.
