As a Senior Logistics Consultant, you play a key role in transforming warehouse operations by guiding customers through the entire implementation lifecycle-from process analysis and solution design to go-live and continuous optimization.
You work closely with operational stakeholders, project teams, and decision-makers to ensure that our software delivers measurable value and sustainable improvements in complex logistics environments.
THE TASKS - You make a difference
You lead and manage the end-to-end project lifecycle for enterprise-grade logistics software, WMS.
You coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to define requirements and deliverables, while monitoring progress, tracking KPIs, and providing regular status updates.
You identify project risks and implement migration strategies while ensuring technical requirements are met and managing changes in scope, schedule, and costs.
You facilitate customer workshops, process reviews, and solution design sessions.
You create and demonstrate complex logistics concepts and practical logistics solutions.
You conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
In addition, you advise customers on products and services related to our EPG Software Suite.
THE REQUIREMENTS - What makes you successful
You have a degree in Computer Science, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; a PMP or Agile/Scrum certification is a plus.
You have 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager, ideally within the logistics, supply chain, or software development sectors.
You possess a solid understanding of enterprise-grade logistics software, WMS, and voice-picking technologies.
You are proficient in project management software (e.g., Jira, Confluence and others).
You communicate confidently and effectively with stakeholders at different levels.
You are willing to travel and work closely with customers on-site when required.
