MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Logistics Engineer to join our team working in Lakehurst, NJ. This is a part-time position requiring an on-site presence 3 days per week.

In this position the Senior Logistics Engineer will provide comprehensive lifecycle logistics and sustainment oversight for the Navy's Aircraft Launch and Recovery Equipment (ALRE) programs.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Oversee and optimize integrated product support strategies for complex fleet machinery, including advanced EMALS/AAG infrastructures.

  • Review and track technical documentation, program reports, and change requests to support long-term fleet readiness.

  • Partner with multi-disciplinary engineering groups and defense stakeholders to address logistics and product support challenges.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline

  • 10+ years of engineering experience supporting defense contracts, ideally within the aerospace or marine sector

  • Experience with defense related logistics

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen and possess a current or active Secret security clearance

Physical Requirements:

  • The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.

  • Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.

The projected compensation range for this position is $116,400.00-$194,900.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
