The OpportunityClassic Granite & Marble is seeking a hands-on Senior Logistics Operations Manager to lead the people, processes and performance behind our installation, customer service, template and logistics operations. This role is designed for an experienced operations leader who can quickly learn established standards, identify where execution is breaking down, restore accountability and build systems that support consistent growth.You will report to the Director of Operations and directly oversee the Installation Manager, Installation Subcontractors, Customer Service Department, Template Technicians and Logistics Technicians. The right candidate will be visible in both the office and the field, comfortable working through complex daily issues, and disciplined about following action items through completion. What You Will LeadProvide senior operational leadership across Installation, Customer Service, Template and Logistics through workload planning, staffing coordination, coaching, performance tracking and consistent follow-through.Learn and enforce established CGM standards; audit daily execution, identify breakdowns, assign corrective actions and verify that issues are fully resolved.Build a culture of accountability through current job descriptions, structured onboarding, training checklists, competency verification, retraining and documented coaching.Manage installation subcontractor performance, including scorecards, arrival-window compliance, customer feedback, service issues, jobsite quality inspections, meetings and written commitments.Ensure installer invoices are created accurately in real time, pricing is verified, installer supplies are tracked and related deductions are correctly applied.Set and enforce standards for phone coverage, customer communication, CRM documentation, inspections, job-status updates, reporting and department meeting cadence.Monitor productivity, quality and losses in Template and Customer Service; use performance data to improve staffing, efficiency and workload balance.Maintain accurate daily, weekly and monthly reporting, review KPIs with department leaders and drive action items to completion.Identify and implement practical process improvements, automation and AI solutions that create measurable time, cost, quality or visibility gains. What We Are Looking ForProven experience leading multi-function operations, logistics, field service, installation, construction, manufacturing or a similarly fast-paced environment.Demonstrated ability to manage managers, employees and subcontractor relationships with clarity, professionalism and accountability.Strong process discipline, including experience with SOPs, audits, training systems, KPIs, performance coaching and corrective-action follow-through.Ability to analyze operational and financial performance data and translate findings into practical action.Excellent communication and interdepartmental coordination skills, including the confidence to address performance issues directly.Strong organizational judgment and the ability to balance urgent daily demands with longer-term improvement work.Comfort using CRM or ERP systems, Microsoft Office and operational reporting tools; interest in practical automation and AI is strongly preferred.Willingness to spend time in the field, observe work firsthand and engage directly with employees, subcontractors and customers when needed.
