Donegal Insurance Group has an opening for a Senior Loss Control Consultant on our Commercial Lines team in the Midwest region. This role is responsible for providing risk management and loss control services to our insureds, while gathering critical risk assessment information to support underwriting. The consultant will evaluate exposures across a variety of accounts, identify potential risks, and deliver clear, data-driven recommendations to help reduce those risks. This is a field based position. Preferred candidates will reside in the Greater Lansing, Michigan area. Ideal candidates will need to be able to administer training, provide safety program guidance, and effectively present findings in both written and personal presentation environments. In addition, candidates will be expected to be able to review reports completed by others for quality and issue appropriate recommendations. Overall, work will include prospective assessments, new business assessments, and workload tasks in a defined territory to meet both customer and internal requirements.

Starting Pay: The pay range for this position is $96,000 to $120,000 annually. The specific offer will vary based on an applicant's education, qualifications, professional experience, skills, abilities, and any applicable designations/certifications. The posted pay range reflects our ability to hire at different position titles and levels depending on background and experience. The pay range may also be adjusted based on an applicant's geographic location. The base pay is just one component of Donegal's total compensation package for employees. This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
